The Company has launched a new online registration procedure of candidates for employment in Uzbekistan GTL LLC, through the company's official website www.uzgtl.com as from October 26, 2021.

 

According to the new rules, candidates will be given 1 hour to pass the online test in the selected area (oil and gas processing technology, heat power heat power industry, laboratory, power supply, instrumentation, technological machines and equipment).

 

Now candidates have the opportunity to register in a specific area of the Company's activities, depending on their specialization. Theoretical knowledge of candidates will be assessed through online testing. Candidates whose test results exceed 70% can be invited to the next stage of selection (exam). Exams can be organized in the form of oral questions and answers (interview), additional paperworks and other types of candidate selection (including remotely).

 

In order to ensure transparency and openness of the search, selection and employment process, in April 2020, the Company launched candidate online registration system. Since then, over 13,200 electronic questionnaires had been received. After the initial assessment stage of the questionnaires, a total of more than 2,000 candidates were invited to participate in the second stage (paperwork and interview). According to the results of the second stage, 205 young specialists had been recruited by the Company. Newly hired specialists undergo training at oil and gas refineries and production facilities of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
