On April 29-30, a special training was held for the specialists of the Uzbekistan GTL on the topics "HR strategy in the company" and "The use of coaching in team work".

At the training, the company's specialists increased their knowledge of HR management, HR management strategies, learned what coaching is, studied the GROW model and its basic principles. The training was conducted by Lola Razzakova, HRM consultant, business coach.
