According to the law,  an addition has been made to article 113 (https://www.lex.uz/docs/145261 ) of the Labor Code stating that if an employee refuses to undergo preventive vaccination on the basis of a decision of the Chief Public Health Officer at the threat of quarantine and infectious diseases (in the absence of contraindications), employer shall have the right to bar employee from working.

According to the attachment to the Law (https://www.lex.uz/docs/41329) "On protection of citizens 'health", introduction of preventive vaccination of population has been established on the basis of the decision of the Chief Public Health Officer in the event of a threat of quarantine and dangerous infectious diseases spread.

The law comes into effect after its official publication.
