Dear colleagues!

In our country, the first Sunday of September is widely celebrated as the “Professional holiday of workers of oil and gas industry”.

The head of our state Shavkat Mirziyoyev and our government create all conditions for development of oil and gas sector and support industry workers in every possible way.

Undoubtedly, you have made a worthy contribution in all victories achieved in the oil and gas industry, which is the most important sector of Uzbekistan economy. I sincerely congratulate you on this event.

I compare all nearly 50,000 workers in the oil and gas sector, to a symbol of resilience and strong will. It is gratifying that all of you are continuously working as a single unit for development of the industry.

We work integrally with all of you, and in order to achieve high results, justify the trust of the President and our people, I joined you and have become a geologist, driller, foreman, engineer, technician, researcher and builder. As far as possible, I try to be near you, support you in your hard work, and try to find out the real situation by visiting the sites so that I am always aware of your affairs.

I hope that you will accept my sincere wishes, which I cannot express to you personally today. I wholeheartedly feel all your work and contribution to development of the industry, and I respect your patriotism.

I have already witnessed that even harsh winter and hot summer days will not break your love for your profession and loyalty to the Motherland, and that is why I am proud to be with you.

Proudly once again I emphasize that the oil and gas industry continue its on-going growth thanks to your strong will, hard work and responsibility.

I am sure that together we will have reach new successes and milestones. By working as a unit, we can achieve so much more. I sincerely thank all of you for your close-knit work in one team.
