In order to ensure execution of Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to create educational and production cluster in the oil and gas industry”, on August 30, 2022 of this year, the Council for Coordinating Activities of the Educational and Production Cluster in the oil and gas industry held a regular meeting under the leadership of Mekhriddin Abdullayev, Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC. At the meeting, the participants were tasked to organize excursions for schoolchildren to industrial enterprises and meetings with industry veterans within the framework of the Educational and Production Cluster.  

In order to ensure execution of this instruction, a production tour to Uzbekistan GTL Plant and "Meeting of three generations" were arranged for pupils of the state specialized general boarding school No. 68 of Guzar district and Tashkent specialized school n. a. Abu Ali Ibn Sina,

During the tour the pupils got acquainted with operation of the Central Factory Laboratory, the high-end equipment installed in the Laboratory, and the Laboratory’s chemical analyses and their processes.

Then the pupils were given opportunity to visit the Plant’s Central Control Building and get acquainted with production processes and observe the work of process-engineers.

The visit also included the "Meeting of three generations", namely, with industry veterans.  

During the meeting, veterans who showed best results working for many years at Uzbekistan GTL Plant and Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex, spoke about unique advantages of oil and gas sector, as well as their hard and honourable work path.  

They gave their recommendations and advice, saying that young people need to work hard on themselves, gain knowledge, study foreign languages ​ in order to become mature specialists in the future.

After the tour and meeting with veterans, the pupils noted with gratitude that the tour was unforgettable, they were full of impressions and got lots of good inspiration for further studies.
