Under the personnel training program for the Plant for production of synthetic liquid fuel, as well as continuous professional development of staff, 50 young specialists of GTL Plant have already completed an introductory internship at the structural enterprises of JSC Uzbekneftegaz.

This initiative was given a comprehensive  support by Mehriddin Abdullayev, the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz,  and since August 2021, young specialists of the GTL Plant, who were employed for the first time after graduation, have had the opportunity to undergo an introductory internship at Bukhara refinery, Mubarek Gas Processing Plant, production sites of Shurtan, Mubarek and Gazli oil and gas production directorates. In the near future, another group of young specialists will be sent to production sites of the Ustyurt oil and gas production directorates in Karakalpakstan.

In addition, with the close support of the Ministry of Energy, the Plant's specialists have had the opportunity to undergo an introductory internship and exchange experience with specialists of Navoi and Talimarjan thermal power plants.
